Message	comes to Z values. We tend to be so negative when it comes to rising values. The fact that there are examples of high cost concourse conditions exists does mean overall values are rising. I am a Z owner for 10+ yrs and I thought my z value never hit 5 digits but I was proven wrong on Hagerty site. Whether I get that when I sell it is a different issue because I probably won't be selling anytime soon
